To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSD Automation's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.
The website and any preliminary materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
